Pre-Booking: If booking online, please ensure that you print and keep safe your Receipt/Confirmation as this should be handed in upon boarding the coach. If ordering by telephone you will receive your booking confirmation through the post at your registered address, unless collection from a TIY committee member can be arranged.

Failure to make payment following an advance booking, will result in refusal to travel on any future Trust In Yellow coaches until settlement has been made of previous debts. This penalty will only be waived in exceptional circumstances, and where they have been agreed with the Trust.
